Chief Business Development Officer (m/f/d)
At the earliest possible date, we are looking for a full-time Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) (m/f/d) (32–38 hours per week, permanent position) to identify new market opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and consistently drive our growth in the critical and military infrastructure sectors.

As Chief Business Development Officer, you will drive the market expansion of HDC Solutions.
What awaits you:
Your main responsibilities include:

Market & Strategy: Market and competitive analysis, regulatory monitoring, derivation of market entry and revenue targets, strategic alignment with management.

Network & Pipeline: Building customer, partner, and multiplier networks, lead generation, qualifying opportunities in the critical infrastructure, industry, and defense sectors.

Sales & Negotiations: Managing sales processes, price and contract negotiations, closing deals, and offer management.

Analysis & Systems: Evaluating key performance indicators, deriving measures, CRM responsibility, data-driven optimization.

Representation & Projects: Representing the company at trade fairs and events, commercial and organizational project management for selected customer projects, professional external representation.
What you bring:
Qualifications and Education

At least a completed university degree in industrial engineering, business administration/management, energy technology/electrical engineering/computer science, or a comparable qualification.

Several years of B2B experience in demanding project environments.

English proficiency at least at B2 level (spoken and written).
